The Institute of Internal Auditors, India (IIA-India) is a non-profit professional organisation dedicated to the advancement and development of the internal audit profession in India, in sync with the highest standards propagated by its’ parent body, headquartered in Lake Mary, Florida, USA.
Presently IIA India headquartered at Mumbai is operating through six Chapters at Delhi, Bombay, Calcutta, Bangalore, Madras, Hyderabad. Besides, it has 11 Audit Clubs which are associated with their respective geographically close Chapters.
About IIA India-Calcutta Chapter
The IIA India – Calcutta chapter was established in 1974. It has around 400 professionals as corporate and individual members. The Chapter is vibrant and acclaimed for regularly holding seminars, knowledge sessions, round tables, audit conclaves, networking events and corporate training programs attended by champions of the industry, senior members of the profession and representatives from various Chambers of Commerce. Guwahati, Bhubaneswar and Jamshedpur Audit Clubs are located within the domain of Calcutta Chapter.
